- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products leveraging AI/quantum/sustainable tech
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
