Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Research and evaluate novel technologies for commercial viability and integration potential
- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks and governance policies for emerging tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory developments affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
