- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-forward solutions
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation portfolios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future technology ROI
- Advise on ethical frameworks for disruptive technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic concepts to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Experience with agile development for experimental technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
