- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech innovation circles
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends
