- Lead $50M+ R&D portfolio allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage global teams of 15+ researchers and engineers
- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and industry leaders
- Present future-tech frameworks to Fortune 500 boards and policymakers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
