Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Conduct competitive intelligence on global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
