Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with sustainability and ethical tech principles
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technological foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Build and manage a network of academic researchers, startups, and industry partners to accelerate innovation
- Present visionary technology briefings to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for high-impact future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to market leadership
