Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology valuation frameworks and IP strategy
