Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover opportunities
- Drive organizational culture shift toward agile innovation and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI)
