Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, advanced neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
