- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets across 3 R&D divisions
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers and engineers
- File 5+ patents annually in core technology domains
- Organize quarterly Tech Horizons Summits for industry leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and biotech convergence
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
