- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for innovative technology initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry disruptors
- Manage technology incubation programs for emerging startups and partnerships
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and innovation frameworks
