Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead scenario planning for technology disruption and regulatory impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Monitor patent landscapes and competitive tech portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing and TCO analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) preferred
