Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products (2020-2025 portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in AI, IoT, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
