- Partner with R&D to incubate cutting-edge projects from concept to market readiness
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products or platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and competitive technology analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
