- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops and stakeholder sessions to build consensus
- Analyze competitive tech landscapes and identify first-mover advantages
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Horizon Scanning)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Deep understanding of ethical tech implementation frameworks
- Prior experience in scaling technology-driven business models
