Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to assess market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, ensuring scalability and future-proof solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating disruptive technologies into core business operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify innovation opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership, securing buy-in and resources for tech initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders, startups, and research institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes, anticipating their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and high-stakes projects
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
