Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Drive sustainability innovation in AI and automation systems
- Partner with VCs to identify emerging tech acquisition targets
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist engineers and researchers
- Secure patents for proprietary 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum/AI commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or Science journals
- Experience leading $20M+ innovation programs
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for future tech
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global collaboration
