Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
