Responsibilities

- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-focused innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting our strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
