As part of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to anticipate shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech. You'll translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies while fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their market implications through rigorous research and competitive intelligence
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and tech incubators
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies and advise on compliance strategies
- Document innovation frameworks and methodologies for organizational knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field with 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or innovation management preferred
