Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market potential within 3-5 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state architectures
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate future-focused startups
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
