Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for tech acquisition
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Drive sustainable innovation protocols aligned with ESG metrics
- Mentor junior researchers in exponential technology principles
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual R&D budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong network with DARPA/NASA/DoE innovation circles
