Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement futuristic product roadmaps
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage innovation incubators for experimental technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track technology adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor communities
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap development and implementation
