- Develop predictive models for technological adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Track record of translating future vision into executable business strategies
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation ecosystems
