- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation preferred
