Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT) with 2026 implementation horizons
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market demands
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong background in product development lifecycle from concept to launch
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Quantum AI)
