Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech fusion) for 2026+ market impact
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating disruptive innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Develop investment frameworks for emerging technology ventures
- Present technology foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
