- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing AI ethics, quantum applications, and sustainable tech
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through investor pitches and government grants
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and product designers
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and Fortune 500 companies
- Monitor emerging tech trends via patent analysis and academic research
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board of directors
- Implement ESG compliance frameworks for all technological deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in R&D funding
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2019-2023)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Patent portfolio with 5+ granted technology patents
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) and AI Ethics (DeepMind)
