Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Analyze patent landscapes and regulatory shifts to identify strategic IP opportunities
- Partner with venture capital arms to incubate emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology disruption risks
- Drive innovation through corporate partnerships with leading research institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI on future-focused R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech firms
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong network within global tech policy and standards organizations
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
