Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership or patented innovations
