Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with agile resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
