- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs for future-ready solutions
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis
- Foster strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology trends (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
