Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for emerging tech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
- Monitor regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500/unicorns
- Proven track record launching 3+ emerging tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants/funding
- Fluency in Python and strategic visualization tools
