Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities
- Develop implementation frameworks for pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future technology initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, advanced materials, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI projection
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (CTIM) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
