Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for 2026 implementation
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into core products
- Analyze global tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present executive-level insights and recommendations to drive decision-making

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, quantum, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
