Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent innovation track record)
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ patented innovations
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven ability to translate complex theories into commercial applications
- Published author in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
