Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology strategy with 5-year implementation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Develop scenario-based models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Establish innovation KPIs and governance frameworks for future-proof initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management
