Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026 implementation
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with InnovateCorp's 5-year vision and market expansion goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Build and manage an ecosystem of industry partnerships, academic institutions, and venture capitalists focused on frontier technologies
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities across all departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and deploying next-gen technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations across multiple continents
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences (IEEE, TechCrunch Disrupt, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or similar foresight methodology
