Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026-era technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography and neural-semantic AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
- Secure patents for proprietary innovations in quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AI ethics, or carbon-neutral computing
- Publication record in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (RAIG) preferred
