Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026-ready technologies including quantum neural networks and synthetic biology interfaces
- Architect scalable frameworks for autonomous AI governance and ethical algorithm design
- Coordinate with global research institutions to pioneer carbon-negative computing solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping using 3D bio-printing and neuromorphic hardware
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technologies in post-silicon computing paradigms
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of next-gen tech deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Bio-Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on disruptive technology (2019-2023)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology, neuromorphic chips, or AI ethics
- Proven track record of shipping products with exponential impact (min. 10M users or $1B valuation)
- Experience securing federal grants for futuristic R&D programs
- Fluency in Python/C++ with mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough projects solving 21st-century grand challenges
