Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-ready technologies in AI ethics, quantum integration, and carbon-neutral systems
- Design scalable frameworks for autonomous infrastructure and decentralized networks
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient tech ecosystems and biocomputing interfaces
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with global research partners
- Develop patent-pending solutions for 6G networks and neural-human interfaces
- Author thought leadership on technological singularity governance and AI safety protocols
- Mentor next-gen talent in emerging tech ethics and sustainable design principles
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Sustainable Systems Engineering
- 5+ years pioneering work in future-tech R&D with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of deploying scalable autonomous systems in production
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 and emerging ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in future-tech innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (QASM, Q#)
- Certification in Carbon-Neutral Technology Design (CNTD)
