Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Develop AI ethics governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing sustainable blockchain solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-year impact assessment
- Design human-centric interfaces for neuro-quantum computing interfaces
- Collaborate with policy bodies on AI regulatory frameworks
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with 2+ future-focused projects
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on scalable sustainable tech
- Proven track record leading technical teams through productization
- Deep understanding of tech ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
