Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives in neural interfaces and sustainable energy systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement futuristic solutions
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough technologies in emerging markets
- Present at global tech summits representing Innovatech's thought leadership
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/VC funding for future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
