Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives designed to define our presence in 2026 and the subsequent years.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Blockchain into core systems.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures that support future growth and digital transformation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between business units and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Innovation Labs: Mentor a team of developers in the Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks associated with future tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints for 2026.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI & Data: Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data governance.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
