Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 technology roadmap with clear milestones and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and assess regulatory impact on innovation
- Drive internal culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
