Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI symbiosis systems
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and frontier research institutes
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed deep-tech startups
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and global tech summits
- Secure $50M+ in government/private research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (TS/SCI preferred) or ability to obtain
