Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future technologies into product development cycles
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future technology scenarios to stakeholders and influence executive decision-making
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI for future initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching technologies 3-5 years ahead of market adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams (Asia/Europe/North America)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
