- Partner with product teams to translate technological capabilities into market-leading solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investments
- Build and lead high-performance innovation labs with 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $5M+ annual budgets for experimental projects and proof-of-concept deployments
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain architecture
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Strong patent portfolio or published research in disruptive technologies
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
