- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across all business units
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) into core products
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ global innovation partners
- Develop patent-protected IP portfolios in next-gen computing paradigms
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Leadership Program)
